Le Mille Notre-Dame is a comfortable, unpretentious fine dining establishment located in the heart of Sainte-Cesaire. The restaurant offers superb service and an excellent menu, featuring a perfectly-sized Caesar salad with delicious shrimp, a tender and generous beer-braised pork shoulder, and a tasty, perfectly-prepared vegetable selection. The key lime pie is a real treat, and the quality of the ingredients is highly notable. The restaurant also offers a great local brew, Charlevoix Blonde. Customers praise the excellent food and the "bring your own wine" aspect, though some find the prices a bit high.
