Really ordinary service, no smile, no courtesy. My quartered potatoes were soft and lukewarm, like reheated. The trash cans were full, even overflowing. The dining room wasn't clean either. Not to mention that the cashier had difficulty speaking French correctly.

We visited this Tim on Sunday December 10 at 4 p.m. WHAT EXCELLENT SERVICE we received!! The on-site employee JULIEN served us with such kindness and professionalism: we had not received such service for so many years that we had forgotten that it still existed. Polite, smiling, attentive, but what kindness. We were 5 adults and my 5 year old daughter. Each of us appreciated the excellent service and attentive listening from JULIEN. Bravo and Bravo to this young man who is destined for a brilliant future and who, from now on, makes the Tim of St-Cesaire shine!

It's rare that I choose the drive-thru, but being in a hurry, such is life! Plus, even though I've been passing through Saint-Césaire every day for two years, this is the first time I've made the little detour to Tim. Fast drive-thru service, great parking and a roadway that is still easy to access, regardless of the side of the road. So!Update 2023, ooooooooh, I just discovered that Tim now offers espressos and Americanos! A little atmosphere in the dining room, a group of eight retirees sets the pace!

I think for some time now the whole Tim Horton department has been trying to come down. The service is not as fast as before. And it's a long time before we take our order at the drive-thru.Lots of order errors too. But the good taste of my coffee remains the same!!! So I continue to encourage young people by telling them as constructively as possible how they can improve!
