We had looked at the reviews on google after booking, so our apprehensions weren't too high. BUT against all odds we enjoyed an excellent meal accompanied by excellent service

Very ordinary food for the price, incorrect cooking, bland Caesar salad, you can find much better in Joliette.

First experience at Old Duluth and very clearly the last. A little personalized welcome then for taking orders no organization we were a group of 30 my cousin and his children had already finished eating that the waitress had not even taken the rest of the orders. Then no possibility of having bread waiting, having to place everyone's order before having bread. When our plate finally arrives my brother receives a steak without any seasoning, no taste, he doesn't eat it so I try to have something else instead but no way to discuss. So he paid $33 for a steak without eating it. Of the 30 people, several others were not satisfied with their meal too. Very bad experience, not very welcoming atmosphere, I do not recommend this restaurant

Horrible experience the food was really not good I had a steak that I didn't touch and he didn't want to change it or refund me (the steak had lots of nerve and it wasn't seasoned). An experience that I am not ready to repeat.

the owner very disrespectfull we had reservation at 7:30 at 7:36 he comes to see us ( about 15pple) to say we are closing the kitchen if u wanna eat we need all orders👌🏼 on a saturday night then kept insisting we leave totally cleared the tables and we didnt even stay that long wow !!!

Very disappointed with this old Duluth. We receive our bread cold, and I politely ask for hot bread, the waiter tells me no, not at this restaurant, he even tells me that the other old duluths give it hot.
I order a squid starter for 15.95, I receive 12 squid. Wow. My girlfriend and I each order a New York-style beef sirloin for 33.95 each, we expect to have good meat. Well no, a lot of fat with a lot of nerves and overcooked for my sweetheart. I give 2 stars for the service and that's it. I've done several old duluths in my life, because of this one, it's over.
Plus, my girlfriend wants a latte, and they don't make any.

Excellent service. We were served faster than at McDonald's! The dishes were good. Friendly and not intrusive waitress. She was there at the right times and efficient. 10/10

It's been a month. Ouffff first time I've seen a restaurant that refuses to allow the customer to be satisfied.
I return with my husband we are happy we are going to celebrate our wedding anniversary there are two tables with customers throughout the restaurant, one table close to the window and the other a bench the person who welcomes us takes the menu and seats us near the door at a small table stuck on the window and leaves very quickly my husband and I looked at it and said no not here I went to see the lady who was at the back and asked her if we could have a bucket and answers no, I ask him why the restaurant is empty she answers me I just have a waiter it's 4:45 p.m. OK well listen we're going to take the seat just behind the couple sitting at the other seat the waiter is closer than where you gave us and she tells me answers no I give you a place and it's all offffff perfect we left the restaurant we went to spend our money at another restaurant who were wonderful and had a good laugh about our adventure and thank you.

Family restaurant and good food and good service. Ah, I forgot....the Management protects customers against poorly behaved children or whose parents have forgotten to tell them it's good to be in a restaurant... let go not....

Received excellent service. Our server was quick, friendly. Everything was perfect.
