The food was excellent, the beer was good plus there was a big TV to watch the game on. However, being seated at the bar, the barmaids' service was very laborious, too bad... I will definitely go back though!

Service and food is not consistently good or bad. One time we will go, Good waiter but food is overcooked or cold. Next time the waitress is not attentive and doesn't enter the correct order but food is good. Generally we are there around same time in the evenings. More consistency overall would be good.

The service is nice but extremely slow they took 1 hour to come and ask us for the order and also the kitchen has one star because my brother said that the Oreo milkshake just tastes like milk, for the moment I would say that it would be mediocre

I mentioned 3 times that I was celiac gluten intolerant and wanted to have the glutenwise menu which is clearly mentioned in the menu. The waiter didn't understand. This restaurant does not pay attention to the food intolerance of its customers. I have Boston Pizza but I won't go back to the one in Joliette.

The peach Bellini drink in a “jar” is worth trying!! And the essential Jambalaya pasta, always very good ?

I recently had a bad experience (old review) and my complaint was taken seriously by the management team. They contacted me personally to better understand my bad experience and I received a restaurant credit. I went back a few days later and WOW, everything was at typical Boston Pizza quality. Nothing to see before my previous experience. I had almost the same plate of dough and the Alfredo sauce was creamy and tasty. The meat and shrimp in the pasta dish had a good cooking and was equally tasty. Our waitress was welcoming, attentive to our questions and requests and very kind. She gave us super good service. (It wasn't the same as our old experience and I forgot its name). The atmosphere is correct and typical of classic Boston Pizza. My friend came back with me and also liked the second experience much more, both in terms of cuisine and service. I recommend

Service client totalement horrible ! J'appelle pour une réservation à 11h30 am pour une réservation le soir même . Jusque là tout va bien . On me téléphone à 14h30 pour annuler ma réservation puisque finalement ils attendent un groupe de 40 personnes et que donc ils ne pourront pas nous placer. On m'offre de repousser ma réservation de 17h à 19h considérant que j'ai 4 jeunes enfants. C'est la première fois que je vois ça! Ce restaurant devrait être gérer par des gens compétents et non des enfants ! Vous venez de perdre 3 familles / clients chez vous depuis plusieurs années !

It's been a long time since I've been. Good value for money. Alright.
