Coco Frutti St-Charles Extra

Malheureusement, aujourd’hui j’ai une mauvaise expérience avec cette succursale de Coco frutti. La serveuse qui s’occupait de notre table est mince , cheveux brun attachés en longue tresses qui va jusqu’au bas de son dos. Je demande un café et un verre d’eau . Revient avec deux café ( mon copain a dit qu’il n’en prenait pas il a commandé un chocolat chaud ) et pas de verre d’eau. Je lui refait la demande pour l’eau, elle Revient avec. Jusque là ça va. J’ai voulu commander un menu midi mais la fin de semaine ce n’est pas possible ( spécifié en petit caractères) mon erreur. Je demande alors un steak n eggs qui est dans le menu de base déjeuner section œufs. C’est là que ça se corse. Elle me dit qu’il ne le font pas. Je la regarde stupéfaite en expliquant ma consternation puisque qu’il ne fait nullement mention que ce serait également un option non disponible le weekend et que je ne comprend pas pourquoi ce n’est pas disponible et elle ne peut me donner d’explications. Je regarde le menu découragée pendant que mon copains et les enfants donne leur commande. Plusieurs secondes passent et devant son air impassible je me résigne à demander de me laisser du temps puisque elle me fixe attendant de prendre ma commande. Voyant que rien d’autre ne semble me convenir dans le menu et devant mon air découragé elle dit qu’elle va voir avec la cuisine s’il est possible de le faire , ce pourquoi je la remercie. Elle revient et me dit que finalement effectivement il est possible de le faire, qu’elle s’est trompé. Je manifeste mon contentement et la remercie mais comme elle s’apprête à s’en aller je la retient car elle ne m’a pas demandé la cuisson du steak ni mon choix d’œufs . je demande une cuisson médium et m’assure qu elle a compris , ce qu’elle affirme , et des œufs brouillées. Quand je reçoit mon assiette, servi en dernier , je voit que mon steak est mince comme une crêpe et très foncé , il semble sec . Je n’ai pas de couteau , je suis obligé de lui demander de m’en rapporter . Je me dit qu ‘elle est sûrement nouvelle, que je vais simplement pas revenir , et je découpe une première tranche et constate qu’effectivement, c’est aussi brun à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur, et après une bouchée je recrache tellement c’est sec . Je veux aller montrer mon assiette au comptoir pour demander qu ‘on me recommence ma commande mais elle m’intercepte. Je lui montre mon steak et explique que ce n’est pas la cuisson demandée et que même si j’ai voulu faire un effort ce n’est vraiment pas mangeable. C’est trop cuit et je lui montre l’intérieur en disant que ce devrait être au moin un peu rosé . Elle dit qu’elle va le refaire recommencer et s’en excuse . Je la remercie . Je me dit que j’allais finir par me faire comprendre et manger un plat satisfaisant mais elle revient finalement pour me dire que ce ne sera pas possible de me refaire cette commande car ce n’est pas le même cuisinier et qu’il ne sait pas faire de cuisson médium et que je doit choisir autre chose . Là je suit vraiment sidérée et si ce n’était pas des enfants qui ont vraiment faim on serait partie. Je suis tellement consternée que je me décide et lui nomme que je prendrais un simple smootie et elle dit ok et tourne les talons. Je l’arrête en demandant , tjrs avec politesse malgré mon agacement ; est ce que je peux te dire quel est mon choix de smootie !? Elle dit oui mais avec un air agacée . Je demande le Joliette .. Le temps passe .. Mon copain lui demande de beurre de cacahouète pour finir sa crêpe , et ça ne vient pas . Quand les enfants et lui ont presque fini de manger , je la voit plusieurs fois servir d’autres tables mais ne revient pas avec mon smootie ni le beurre d’arachide demandé . Je dit à mon copain tant pis , elle nous a oublié sans doute. On va payer et partir . Je pioche un peu dans l’assiette de mon copain et mange le reste de ceux des enfants une fois qu’ils ont terminé et comme nous avons fini mon chum se rend pour payer la facture et c’est là que je reçoit mon smootie . Je me dit que nous n’allons sûrement pas payer pour cela puisqu

The waitress takes our order, comes to serve us coffee twice... Wait 45 minutes, another waitress comes by, we ask her if we have been forgotten... We see her go to see our waitress, my husband goes to check on counter and they tell us that they are sorry, that they forgot us, that they placed the order and that it will take 5 minutes....Well yes you, we will wait again!!! We left, they apologized again....Let's see, what service, at least offer me compensation and I'll wait for your so-called 5 minutes!! In any case, having stayed, certain that the tip would have been forgotten on our part!

It was a very unpleasant experience both in terms of the waitress and the quality of the food. I had to ask the waitress to bring me the soup since she had forgotten... In addition, the main meal was soggy. I tasted it and left the meal. The waitress tells me that a discount will be given to me... The $2 joke...Finally, the waitress mentions inappropriate comments to my friends after I left the restaurant...

Worst service, I asked for a glass of water which I never received, waited 45 minutes and no one came to take my order. There was a long line of people waiting to get into the restaurant and the waitresses were too busy paying bills to free tables.

And worst of all, there's no breakfast poutine on the menu and it's supposedly impossible to ask for one.

Everything is pretty good except that the coffee I find that sometimes it tastes like wheat or something and I don't really like it and what's more they had a competition for Mother's Day and I can't even know if it's me who won because I believe that the Facebook account has a bug because I am a subscriber and I no longer see their publications whether old or new

Nice restaurant, with good service.Unfortunately the 2 times that me and my partner went we ate a club sandwich which was very dry, the mayo was on the side and it really doesn't help this dish.On the second attempt on a Saturday around 1 p.m., the restaurant does not serve a lunch menu on weekends or during the week. We settled for a type of bacon and cheese crepe which wasn't really to our taste, there was only bacon which was good.

Reservation not respected. One of us ate after the others, but at least she didn't pay for her lunch. But this does mean that even with a Reservation they cannot refuse other customers.

I ordered brunch to take away, I was missing quite a few things. I was missing the sausages and maple syrup for the pancakes and French toast. My eggs turned overcooked. the yolk was cooked and not runny.

Please would you be generous enough to check your orders carefully and make them to perfection. It's sad to pay so much to get so little in return.

$35 for a very average lunch and an orange juice. The plate was sparse for a 'big' lunch and the bill was steep given the very average quality of the meal. The melons were unripe and hard, the eggs were very small etc.
