Restaurant Chez Henri

J'avais entendu de mauvais commentaires sur ce restaurant, c'est pourquoi j'ai pris un bon moment avant de commander. Voici mon expérience : Mon conjoint vient d'aller chercher une pizza large "spéciale du chef" qui était prête en 10 minutes. Montage et cuisson inclus ? Résultat : des bouts froids à l'intérieur, une pâte molle… Clairement une pizza congelée pas assez cuite. J'habite à côté, et ça prend 5 minutes pour aller au Henry (chertsey). J'ai pris une bouchée froide qui goûtait littéralement le congélateur. Si elle avait été mieux cuite, je ne m'en serais peut-être pas rendu compte, mais le chef n'a pas fait son travail correctement. S'assurer que la cuisson des aliments est adéquate avant de les servir aux clients, c'est la base. Bref, 35 $ pour une pizza congelée, sérieusement ? C'est vraiment se moquer des gens. Et quand mon conjoint a appelé, la personne nous a dit que tout était frais et préparé sur place et que la pizza avait peut-être refroidi. Pourtant, elle sortait littéralement du four quand il est arrivé. Mentir à ses clients, c'est un gros NON. J'ai travaillé en restauration, et je sais qu'il est impossible de monter une pizza large et de la cuire en seulement 10 minutes. Le résultat de cuisson n'a absolument rien à voir avec une pizza fraîche!

Good food. Competitive prices... but when it comes to service... sometimes it leaves something to be desired. The other day I waited I don't know how long at the door to be seated... it's as if I was transparent to them!!! However, there have been many waitresses who have seen me.
Finally I went back to another place for dinner. Sorry but this isn't the first time this has happened. So Chez Henri is over for me.

We were very disappointed with our meal at Henri. I ordered a lasagna, and my partner opted for spaghetti. In both dishes, the carrots were completely raw, which is unacceptable for a restaurant that calls itself quality. In my lasagna, it made the dish unpleasant, and for my partner's, it was just as shocking. The carrots were not only undercooked, but their crunchy texture totally spoiled the harmony of the dishes.

Wow really disappointed I ordered a poutine with bbq sauce I am entitled to a poutine with brown sauce and fries not even cooked wow the days of the henry that I knew are gone

We feel disconnected from time. The decor is vintage. The cuisine is correct. The family atmosphere. However, the lighting is strong and causes discomfort. Please review.

Depuis le changement de propriétaire, les rabais ont disparu et les prix ont augmenté.

Family restaurant, courteous and very warm staff. Fast service, number 1 food quality, highly recommend the best in town.

$65 for 2 poutines, 1 regular poutine and a 6-croquette meal on delivery. No children's menu available for delivery, and the portions are very small for the price, I even think the portions have decreased. I am very disappointed with my experience and I will unfortunately not be ordering again.

We ordered at 6:50 p.m. online and I received an order confirmation email... at 8:12 p.m. I called to say that we still had not received the order.. I was informed that the system had stopped working so my order was not not been processed and I have to redo it by phone with 45 minutes of waiting... I agree to redo it... after 1h15 the delivery man calls me to ask for my address because the address was not entered correctly by the employee... in short we received our dishes at 9:25 p.m. and everything was a lukewarm club sandwich and cold fries... in short a disaster and no compensation... unfortunately they have just lost a customer!
