Drive-thru service I give 2 stars because the employees often make us wait and the atmosphere is not very pleasant. For the kitchen I gave 3 stars because the meats are not very cooked and the Christmas cookies are not often presented as in the Tim's images. Sorry for the long text

On this Sunday morning, November 24, 2024, wanting to please our children and for a good cause, we bought 12 smile cookies and what more can we say than our cookies, looked like nothing, we opened the box and the cookies had a really awful presentation, let's say that when it's for a good cause, the employees could be kind enough to be able to put a smile on my cookies, really very annoying!!!!!

Me and my husband still go to Tim Hortons often, we like the dishes that Tim Hortons offers but the drawback is that the employees served us dishes where the meat was not cooked enough, almost to say that believed. That day, there were a lot of people ordering from the drive-thru, I imagine that the others who ordered dishes where the meat was not cooked enough also. It is very dangerous to serve meat almost raw. It would be best to advise employees that it is important to serve cooked meat.

Poor service, lack of product in the middle of noon, I had a cappuccino instead of a creamy frosty after mentioning it to the employee and asking for a refund, they refused and told me that I had already drunk from it. For me, even working in a fast food restaurant, it's really ordinary and we always offer a refund or redo the order when we have a complaint from a customer. REALLY ORDINARY

Very poor experience! They charged me more and refunded not accurate amount. After that I found the soup didn’t come long with bread, my club a la Tim only had ham, and they were not polite when I requested refund as I didn’t want the sandwich anymore. I believe one of the reasons they were impolite because I could not speak good French as one of the women told my daughter that I should speak French as French is the first language in Canada. This is ridiculous and kind of discrimination!

Chicken soups could be called chicken broths, no chicken pieces and some noodles. Normally much more garnished. I was treated to a cut loaf rather than whole as usual. But good service
