Ordered mozzarella cheese sticks … very small pieces and 3 out of 6 had no cheese in them (expensive ) don’t like frozen fries at all !!.. pizza was ok … wings are very small … will only order pizza from now on

Take out, correct as pizza lacks stock in it as in all pizzas in 2024. But still good taste and for the places, apart from being in a rush to eat not the kind of atmosphere I'm looking for

I was treated horribly by the receptionist taking my order. I am a regular customer and always place the same order. I always change my fries for a french fry with sauce and I pay $2.50 extra. She refused to do it and said it’s never been done. She refused to let me talk to someone else I ordered from Como pizzeria, which was excellent too bad they lost a very good customer. replying to the owner’s response to me the customer with all due respect I never asked for anything for free. I have ordered this same exact meal at least 10 times in the past year I never had an issue until this certain person gave me trouble on the phone. I said to her the gentleman always changes my fries to a french fry with sauce for an extra charge this is what I would like. She replied no that’s not possible and basically told me that I am a liar. I’m so pissed off that believe me this is not the end. I will keep posting my delivery service, which was horrible. I remember a time when the customer was always right, but it looks like now the customer is always wrong and is a liar. I’m very disappointed in the owner and his response. Lo
Kid-friendliness: I want to retract my last review. It became obvious to me that we had a big misunderstanding. The food is excellent, especially the subs and pizza. I want to apologize to the receptionist for the misunderstanding.

We charge you an extra $$ to change the type of pizza in their specials!! I can understand when you select a more expensive pizza, but when the pizza is the same or lower price, then... I don't understand!! I find that a bit abusive... I don't know of any pizzeria that charges extra for the kind of change I asked for!! For me, Jacques Cartier Pizza is over. I will continue with Toro Pizza…best service!!

I am done with this place, pizza is good but it always takes forever to deliver. No consistency, not reliable. (Modification) - a customer service representative (I think) called me following my review, she offered me a credit and found all the excuses to explain the situation (delay of more than an hour), she didn't really let me speak (she didn't want to hear me haha) and ended up telling me that since I no longer wanted to do business with them (and I won't) she was withdrawing the credit and wished me a good evening 😂 - good evening to you too Mrs.

Forgot to take pictures as we were hungry and ate it right away!! Service was super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Ate the whole pizza!! Was reasonably priced for the portion. Definitely recommend.
