I just had one of the worst customer service experiences. I honestly couldn’t believe how I was treated. If someone doesn’t like working with customers, then maybe they shouldn’t be at the drive-thru window. And if they can’t hear or understand the customer, it’s perfectly fine to ask us to repeat ourselves (there’s no need for attitude).
Instead, I was met with rudeness and disrespect. The worker literally tossed my food toward my window as if I didn’t matter. It felt humiliating and completely unacceptable. You could clearly see that the girl at the window did not want to be there, and it showed in the way she treated me.
No customer deserves to be treated like this. I’m honestly shocked and very disappointed.

No ice in drinks machine and all drinks were like water. When I went to tell the girls all.the drinks were warm, she said yes I know and gave me ice but the drinks were still all water. There was a machine making a horrible squeaky and loud noise. I asked the guy if that sound will continue because I could not enjoy my food in that obnoxious sound. He turned off the machine and two minutes later the sound was back. I dumped my watery drink and everything else and left in disgust. I was only driving thru so for sure I won't be going back.
