Bad 45 minutes for undercooked chicken and soft potatoes. We rarely eat pfk and it will be even rarer. No surprise they're all closing.

There is a reason why there are so many bad reviews recently. It used to be quite normal but months ago I waited for 45 minutes for just fried chicken during lunch hours. Today I gave it a chance again and regretted instantly when a gentleman next to me said he already waited for 45 minutes and there has been nothing coming out. Note that I ordered online and chose to pickup ASAP and the mail said the order would be ready by 12:01PM. That was a joke. BTW, I paid 2$’S extra to replace fries with onion rings. Of course back to home I found only saggy fries inside.

The service is bad. We have ordered online and chose pick at 11:30am. It is not ready until 12:00pm. The waiting time is too long.
