Sema Pizza - Saint-Constant

We ordered pizza a day in advance for our daughters birthday party over the weekend and when I called back the day of delivery to make sure everything was still in place, the man on the phone refused to acknowledge me because I spoke in English and told me he was going to cancel our order. I asked to speak to someone else and he refused to answer me and demanded that I speak in french. I then passed the phone to my husband, who also spoke in English and the man quickly changed his tone. We later found out that he was the owner. Not only was he specifically disrespectful towards women but his blatant lack of customer service was enough to ruin my day. I will NEVER order from this place again.

Edit: I did not call the restaurant before opening hours. I have the time stamp in my phone. You open at 11am and the phone call was placed at 11:08 simply to ensure that our delivery was still in place for 11:30. Your tone and choice of words on the phone were disrespectful and unacceptable for an owner of any establishment and when my husband got on the phone, the disrespect suddenly vanished. Those are just the facts. Our friends and family will not be ordering from you anymore.

Charging $4 because I want my poutine sauce on the side, it's still incredible and a bit excessive as an amount.. especially with delivery it's going to arrive very soft, very unfortunate because I really liked your pizza. But I think it's excessive to put my sauce that I'm already paying for at a premium..

1h30 into delivery. No call answer, no pizza… sure they had a rough Friday night but still, not very professional.

I really liked their service, they are all very friendly. I tried their poutine for the first time 2 days ago and I loved it!!! I suggest you form!!!

I went to pick up my pizza for dinner and I've been ordering there for over 10 years, this evening for the first time in 10 years I had more than mediocre service... My pizza wasn't cooked enough! I called to get some information and the lady on the phone told me that I had to come back and bring her my pizza so she could judge it for herself (20 min drive)! Customer service level is very disappointing! It really makes you want to try your design first!

Result: WOW everything arrived hot, sub more than generously garnished and poutine with almost too much cheese!!

Terrible service. Cooks don't have nets in their hair. An employee had brought her baby back to the kitchen who was crying the whole time. She scolded us because my friend had crushed his can. “That’s really not funny… it’s not intelligent,” she said. A sigh because I hadn't tipped. Telling us to hurry up and wanting to pick up our plates 1 hour before closing. Terrible. I hope I get an answer, because I have never seen such horrible service.
