Ordered 2 lates to go. While waiting, people kept coming up to the counter, complaining of wrong or incomplete orders. My coffees were cold and tasted so awful, I ended up dumping them out. Worst Timmies, ever.

Got here at 9:45 p.m. Google says it's open 24 hours but when I went the doors were locked. The very least you can do is update your hours so that people don't waste their time for nothing thinking the place is open.
0 for cleanliness Not very pleasant to sit surrounded by tables that are not even cleaned. People around you talk about it but no one says anything, I don't understand. We arrive to consume and not to be fed for free, the minimum would be to offer a clean environment to customers.

Since several weeks. I can see that the service is no longer what it used to be. Many new employees who are left to their own devices. Even children who don't have to be there are walking around with coffee and other things that are in the employees' legs. You order a tim morning blt I have a slice of bacon and the salad is really not fresh, you have a slogan heat fresh Well that's really not the case 3 times they made me my tim ice cream with espresso foam because the employee did not notice that the milk was curdled. I really believe that you have a huge amount of work to do at all levels!!!!
