This Tim Hortons offers a unique experience that redefines service expectations. As soon as I arrived, I was struck by the peaceful atmosphere – perhaps a little too peaceful. Employees seem to take their time to think deeply about each step of the process, giving each customer an unexpected break from their busy day.
My order, although simple (a coffee and a bagel), turned into a surprising adventure. Fifteen minutes later, I was served tea and a donut, a bold choice I hadn't considered. During my attempts to clarify the situation, the team looked at me with contemplative calm, as if I were offering them a philosophical challenge.
In short, this establishment is perfect for those who wish to savor not only their meal, but also the mystery of the service. For a more conventional experience, I recommend exploring other branches. One star out of five, with a special mention for originality.
Ordered 2 lates to go. While waiting, people kept coming up to the counter, complaining of wrong or incomplete orders. My coffees were cold and tasted so awful, I ended up dumping them out. Worst Timmies, ever.

Always good, fast service and the employees are smiling, it’s very pleasant to have this Tim serve! 😌

Zero car services no respect for customers and the supervisor doesn't want to take my order so I took 10 seconds to think about what sauce to have with my pizza
Each time it takes 15 minutes for someone to serve me a timatin 😭
30 min for a good French girl everyone was lost
Got here at 9:45 p.m. Google says it's open 24 hours but when I went the doors were locked. The very least you can do is update your hours so that people don't waste their time for nothing thinking the place is open.

Not very pleasant to sit surrounded by tables that are not even cleaned.
People around you talk about it but no one says anything, I don't understand.
We arrive to consume and not to be fed for free, the minimum would be to offer a clean environment to customers.

No atmosphere like before. Prices have increased too much. In the evening it is difficult to have variety in the products. The service is good but the employees do not do the little extra to provide adequate service with the changes

I had the worst experience in this tim, I told 3 times to make my sandwich, they didn't know, finally they did it but it was cold and the wrap was all broken

Since several weeks. I can see that the service is no longer what it used to be. Many new employees who are left to their own devices. Even children who don't have to be there are walking around with coffee and other things that are in the employees' legs. You order a tim morning blt I have a slice of bacon and the salad is really not fresh, you have a slogan heat fresh Well that's really not the case 3 times they made me my tim ice cream with espresso foam because the employee did not notice that the milk was curdled. I really believe that you have a huge amount of work to do at all levels!!!!
