The kitchen on weekends opens at 4:00 p.m. although it says 11:30 a.m., it seems to me that it will be fun to be able to go to dinner on the weekend at your restaurant since there is nothing around, it must be at least 10 times that I go to Joliette because of that, well yes the lack of staff blah, blah.
