Here's how it works at this Tim Horton's.
We order 2 lunch trios with two chopped potatoes at the drive-thru. They give us our order and we only have 1 potato. My partner tells the clerk and he replies: well we have more....
OK so you charge the world without checking your stocks, then you realize that you don't have enough anymore, but you voluntarily decide not to tell the customer and not to give them what they paid for rather than to offer him an alternative option.

Great team during the week... Very poor management: There is a regular shortage of lettuce, tomatoes, cups and poorly trained weekend employees.
These are the responsibility of management above all!

Every time I went there, I had to go back because the drive-thru was deliberately blocked.
Vegetarian options: Salad and rice. Just didn't add any meat. There are pancakes, drinks (coffee, tea, smoothie, milk shake,)
Parking: In front of the building... it is shared with the subway.
Kid-friendliness: +or- the donuts are at their height in the window, not really a place specifically adapted for them.
