Saturday January 27...Arrived at the drive-thru at 11:58 a.m., left at 12:37 p.m.... without my order.We had two crispy chicken sandwiches but when we arrived at the counter the employee told us that there were none left....The guy in front of me stayed that long, but he only ordered a coffee...2 people managed to leave before receiving their orders by reversing, 1 pick-up managed to leave by passing on the sidewalk strip...This makes no sense whatsoever.... we entered the drive-thru without knowing that we were going to spend 40 minutes in line when there were only three vehicles in front of me. We finally got there. delay...that does not make any sense.....I can understand that certain problems can arise but 40 minutes there, I find it completely out of the ordinary!Really disappointed, I definitely don't suggest stopping, especially if you're in a hurry!

Derrière le comtoir c'est la tapette woke la plus lente que j'ai vu de ma vie. On était 2 clients en file et les deux ont est parti sans même que le commis nous ait dit "bonjour". Jeveux un café ben normal qui prend 15 secondes à faire. J'attendrai pas 15 minutes. Engagez d'autre monde que des mèches blondes de tapettes woke du calice.

Since a little bit theres always missing items donuts are not ready at 7am and coffee is outdated amd the service ifs really slow in the morning..not fun waiting at the cash for 5 to 7minutes when theres no one else in line..i stopped going there before work i dont have time to wait ... this location is only going downhill.. i really hope something will be done because its starting to get really annoying i am pretty close to stop going there

Les café extra large sont jamais remplie pour un extra large mais plus comme un large . Bagel sont tjr a moitié toster on demande tjr 2x toster et sa se fais une fois sur deux.Le nouveau staf ne travaille pas pour être productif. L'organisation ils ne la comprennent pas .Je ne veux pas être méchante mais comme clients on vie bcp de frustration. Mais la gérante et sont bras droit roule comme des pros
