Made us go wait in parking lot, chose a&w for a drive through and no wait as we needed to go to drive in, food came after 20 minutes and onion rings were raw threw them out as it was gross, very unfortunate I have been going to a&w since childhood and always loved their onion rings😔

Went to the drive thru at around 14h30 today for Mozza burgers. The young man who served us was polite and the order was correct. Service was quick but no one was waiting at the drive thru. Prices have gone up even with the Mozza burger special.

First off the opening times are incorrect they usually tend to close around 9:45pm and shut down the drive through.Took almost 15min to recieve 2 mozza burgers, come to open the bag and they didnt not even make the sandwich’s correctly,the meat was almost overcooked buns limit stail…do these burgers look like mozza burgers to anyone ?

It was around 9:50 p.m. at almost closing time. We arrived 10 minutes before closing with a large order and we were lucky to find Maryam and Gavin who served us with professionalism and politeness. Maryam ended her sentences with Mr and Mrs and offered us a second drink given the waiting time for our turnovers to be cooked. Today, in 2025, having such remarkable service is a rare experience. Thanks to the Thursday evening team, great work.

I don't like to do bad reviews, I do have patience and understanding but this is too much... I've been working near the A&W for about 6 months and being a good customer of this chain, I go from time to time to get a meal there, the drive-thru is extremely slow, even if I'm the only customer there and an item is often missing from my orders. But today it's too much. They made me go further into the parking lot for 2 burgers! I arrived at the microphone at 2:34 p.m. and left with my order at 2:52 p.m. even though I had an appointment at 3:00 p.m.! When I got there I noticed that my fries were also missing because one of the burgers was in a combo!! There were very few customers there! You definitely need to improve your service because this is the worst A&W I have seen!

The Restaurant is very dirty, the floor has been for a very long time, the broom and mop have not been cleaned. We went for the $6 special, it wasn't worth more than that, nothing in the sandwiches, the fries weren't even hot, the onion ring burned. It's not nearly hard. No more AW for us. The tables cannot wash papers on the floor where the trays are placed, it's dirty like everything else. . Very disappointed with our visit

The service was terrible. The gentleman who served us was extremely rude and impolite. He stood with his arms crossed while I was waiting for him to fix a mistake he had made. Instead of coming to the counter, he stayed in the kitchen, not working but chatting with the cook. When I waved to get his attention, he just looked at me and asked, "What do you want?"—still with his arms crossed and leaning against the kitchen counter. I wasn’t expecting this from A&W; it was a very bad experience. However, the food was still good as usual.
If I could give this a Zero star, I would. I was missing half of the order and when i mentioned it to the lady at the window ( good thing I look inside the bag to make sure all the time) she came back to me after a min and gave me a heavy paper bag filled with about 500 Napkins instead of my burger and she pretended like she didn't know it was Napkins. Her collegues came to back her up saying she has " vision problems" . Lol I made a big complaint to the main office and they never got back to me. The employees there all over 50 and look l super miserable , and I would never order from this a&w again. Horrible service, terrible staff.

Noah the manager was great at serving us, respectful & talkative. Had it not been for him I would have given the restaurant 1 star.
The burgers were not good & not what I am used to being served at a A&W establishment. Luke warm,tasteless & lettuce overpowering all toppings in the burgers. I had the Mozza & Chubby burgers.
Dissapointed and will not be returning.
