I ordered a 15.69 dollar uncle burger and upon taking the first bite it was completely dry and burned with a layer of burn on both ends . Plus they didn't even give me a fries and my drink has no straw hole.

Terrible service, at the time I went which was about a month ago, they were running a teen burger deal for 5$ each so I went there to buy 2 and got charged 20$! Instead of 10$ which after I payed I asked for a refund which was not given to me unacceptable service from our a and w employees! 😡

Every time we come in, we always feel warmly welcomed. One thing we’ve noticed is that no matter how busy it gets — even when the manager is in the kitchen making burgers — he always looks up, makes eye contact, and greets every customer who walks in. It shows how much he recognizes and values his guests. For me and my wife, it makes a big difference. We always feel acknowledged, both when we arrive and when we leave. Even if he’s busy, he still takes the time to say goodbye with a smile. It’s those little gestures that make us genuinely happy to come back. Thank you, Mr. Khaled, and the team.

Nice and clean place at this A&W location! Great customer service, food was good and this place has a lot of place to sit at which was great for my family and I 🥰
However, the food arrival took a bit some time for us to get our food so had to wait for a bit. Aside of that , everything was great ! ❤️

I'm used to the type of A&W with unfriendly staff that just toss all your food in a bag. So I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, being brought my order to the table, and being served my food in actual plates. Even with an actual fork and a chilled glass 🤩
Terrible cold food service is a “0” when the order is ready they just leave it on the counter instead of informing the client. When they mess up burger they fix the same one instead of making a new one passing it from one hand to the other. The Rootbeer glasses smell like they washed them with toilet water.

Very long service waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 onion rings… Very bland washer, we didn't put the spices on it. The restaurant was poorly picked up a lot of waste on the ground
