And that’s the highlight of the show. Camille, visibly closer to the bar than the kitchen, answers me completely drunk! She laughs, makes fun of my order and tells me that I should be happy I got ribs because that's the chef's specialty... Seriously?
When I explain to her that I just want what I paid for, she says: “Oh, you’re going to leave me a bad review? Go ahead, I’m irreplaceable here!” before hanging up, laughing.
ZERO customer service, ZERO customer respect. I hope they will review their management, because this is nonsense. I strongly advise against this restaurant if you want to be taken seriously. 👎

I order for $70 on a Monday evening, I wait 45 minutes and no delivery. I call back to be told that my delivery never arrived and I have to wait 45 minutes again. Truly a delivery service that leaves much to be desired... my $70 went to the competitor!!

Benny has long been my favorite rotisserie but I have never ordered from St-Eustache. The first was really not good, we weren't able to eat our meal. It was cold, it tasted like pan stock, chicken wing too spicy, inedible, etc. This evening, we decided to give it a second chance and it’s the last!! It’s still just as bad, it still tastes like the hotplate, it’s disgusting. We took a few bites and it was in the trash. It’s not worth contacting the restaurant, we did it the first time and were told that we were the problem…. A $50 for 2 people in the trash and we're still hungry!

ordered a Caesar salad with white chicken and very disappointed with the result in addition to not having chicken. I bit a cardboard clip (to attach a bag of salad I presume) in my unacceptable salad and in addition to being unsanitary! last time there!!!

Mega chicken poutine, wing pudding inside, very little cheese, very little chicken, black fries that taste like caliss. We get 7.8 in there. Worst poutine ever. We were good customers but I think we're going to pass on.

On two occasions we arrived at the restaurant around 8:15 p.m. and were told that from 8 p.m. onwards they no longer serve customers on plates, me and my partner share a chicken poutine, it's only one plate and it's quite complicated to share in a box… last Sunday when we arrived at 7:40 p.m. we refused to serve us on a plate saying that that day they had started earlier…. Really??? I tried to reason with the supposed person in charge telling him that it was only one plate, he told me he couldn't make an exception for me because he would have to do it for everyone else.... Who else, the restaurant was empty!!! I asked him, would you rather lose a good customer than give in and wash a plate for me? My said he didn't care so we left and I'll never come back, it's a lousy service, they really don't understand anything about customer retention. I will be happy to tell everyone how ridiculous you are and believe me, the Word of mouth hurts, and in these difficult financial times I will give my money to another restaurateur....
