I placed a simple order, but of course they made a mistake. Instead of my chicken, I get ribs. So far, well, it happens... But when I call to resolve the problem, they put me through Camille, the team leader.
And thatâs the highlight of the show. Camille, visibly closer to the bar than the kitchen, answers me completely drunk! She laughs, makes fun of my order and tells me that I should be happy I got ribs because that's the chef's specialty... Seriously?
When I explain to her that I just want what I paid for, she says: âOh, youâre going to leave me a bad review? Go ahead, Iâm irreplaceable here!â before hanging up, laughing.
ZERO customer service, ZERO customer respect. I hope they will review their management, because this is nonsense. I strongly advise against this restaurant if you want to be taken seriously. đ
I order for $70 on a Monday evening, I wait 45 minutes and no delivery. I call back to be told that my delivery never arrived and I have to wait 45 minutes again. Truly a delivery service that leaves much to be desired... my $70 went to the competitor!!

Benny has long been my favorite rotisserie but I have never ordered from St-Eustache. The first was really not good, we weren't able to eat our meal. It was cold, it tasted like pan stock, chicken wing too spicy, inedible, etc. This evening, we decided to give it a second chance and itâs the last!! Itâs still just as bad, it still tastes like the hotplate, itâs disgusting. We took a few bites and it was in the trash. Itâs not worth contacting the restaurant, we did it the first time and were told that we were the problemâŠ. A $50 for 2 people in the trash and we're still hungry!
