I am currently here and a bit disappointed upon placing my order. Upon asking the waitress if I can replace my fries to rice or vegetables in my meal she has mentioned that they do not do this or if I wanted to replace I needed to pay an extra. If there an extra amount to pay WHY is it not mentioned on the menu??
If I go to St. Hubert / Scores or any other restaurants they do NOT charge any extra! And it’s is written: specified on their menus!
Just received my plate and VERY disappointed ! I ordered a Chicken Burger and honestly I had better ( photo will be attached)
Also my mom is with me, she ordered a Chicken Poutine and she as well is very disappointed! Her poutine is cold and the sauce has chunks/lump's!
This is not the first we come here and usually it’s very tasty but tonight we are VERY disappointed!!! It’s our last time coming here!

In 1 year they reduce the poutine size twice and the price remains the same. The format is made so small that the price is made ridiculous. We loved their food but now it feels like we're being robbed. Very disappointing.

2x plate #28 (20 regular chicken wings for $14.99) and a club sandwich. Total online and confirmed by email: $63.27.
1h30 later the delivery man arrives and asks for $95.
We noticed that there was an error: we were charged 2 dishes of boneless wings at $29.99 each, when we had ordered the regular wings at $14.99.
On the phone, they didn't want to understand anything. “That’s the price!” that we were told over and over again. We therefore refused the order.
They called us back to offer us the order for $80. We refuse again since the total should be $63.27, no more.

We are regular customers with them but unfortunately it is over. We order a large bacon poutine. Arriving home, we noticed that the bacon was raw and that the fries were not really cooked. We call to the restaurant and the interrogation begins! How long ago did you buy it? Do you have the invoice? How many bites have you eaten? We can give you a credit proportional to what you didn't eat or make another one for you. We asked to do another one. The answer? Take it to the store and if we think you don't have just a little, we'll make you another one. We are sincerely outraged by such horrible customer service!
