If I could give more than five stars, Ergpress would get them all. The food here is so good it quite literally brought tears to my eyes. Every bite was a perfect symphony of flavor and texture.

I ordered the Deluxe, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. A delicate crepe, cut in two, cradled fresh strawberries and bananas, topped with rich, velvety chocolate. Alongside were two over-easy eggs cooked to absolute perfection, golden, runny yolks and whites just set. The home fries were the stuff of dreams: perfectly crisp on the outside, yet tender and fluffy within.

We also tried the Steak and Eggs Crepe, and it was a masterpiece in its own right. The steak was sliced into perfectly thin pieces, tender enough to melt in your mouth, with a flawless balance of seasoning. The mushrooms, salt, pepper, and sauce came together in a way that made each bite better than the last.

Ergpress isn’t just serving food, it’s serving experiences you’ll remember long after the last forkful. Montreal has no shortage of great restaurants, but this one is an absolute must.

I had the pleasure of being served by Sophie during my visit, and I can't say enough good things about her! She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made our dining experience truly enjoyable. They got a fly problem. Crawling over the food when served, and lying dead at the windows. The wait staff need to check the plate that they're serving. Totally lost our appetite after that.

Potatoes have really gone down in quality. They used to be golden brown in cubes now they're soggy dark brown and too salty. Too much Chocolate sauce over crepe it covered my eggs. Seperate the two please with fresh fruit or please avoid putting so much on the crepe! Thank you.

Ps. Coffee always tastes bad.
