Always missing item and when we call the staff are rude and we ask to come get the missing item and they told us we will receice something in the mail in 2 week smh .... so you take our money now and we have to wait 2 week .... Good job mcdonald 25 ieme avenue ( the worst)

Amazing how they forget items in every second order. DO NOT LEAVE without checking that they gave you all the items . Even in small orders ( happy meal) they forget fried.. come one guys wake up !!!!

I don't usually leave reviews, but my recent visit to McDonald's was honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I've had. First of all, the service was incredibly slow. I waited nearly 20 minutes for a simple order of a Big Mac meal and a 6-piece nugget. When I finally got my food, it was lukewarm at best — fries were soggy and cold, the burger was sloppily thrown together, and the nuggets were overcooked and rubbery. Overall, I left hungry, annoyed, and regretting not going somewhere else. I know it’s “just McDonald’s,” but even fast food should meet some basic standards.

Today is the 4th day in a row we had the Very bad service. The management should do something about it . Its all kids working …no leadership and no communication with the team .So many people working (kids only) but everybody waiting for the orders.

Frankly, the employees make no effort. I have never waited so long for my order in a drive through in my life. If you're in a hurry, don't even plan to go there. I service takes forever. Even if he would have let me serve myself, I would not have spent so much time.
