Left to desire my food was cold as if it was 4 hours old what was aside the girl who served me was stupid and when I came for the exchange she flat out told me it's cold outside and I was inside

Frankly, the employees make no effort. I have never waited so long for my order in a drive through in my life. If you're in a hurry, don't even plan to go there. I service takes forever. Even if he would have let me serve myself, I would not have spent so much time.
Very very long to be served, the employees do not smile, they wander around in a group in the kitchen, while we wait, no motivation from the managers. For me it's over. There are always errors in orders. A little seriousness please.

We went this afternoon around 2:30 p.m. After a long wait, my partner noticed that our order number no longer appeared on the screen. I tried to talk to an employee, but he completely ignored me. I then went to see the manager, who was at the cash register. He barely let me speak, cutting me off every few seconds to tell me in a very arrogant way that I had to be understanding and that my meal was coming. When we were finally able to sit at a table with our cabaret, my boyfriend opened his burger to check that it contained no onions and no pickles, as he had requested. I almost vomited: the employee had placed two completely raw meatballs there. Not a little cooked, here: entirely raw. It was clearly intentional. I made a complaint on the McDonald's Canada website, and I am waiting for a response from them. We don't put people's lives in danger like that.
P.S. We obviously replaced his burger and I got a refund for his trio, but that makes up for nothing of what they did to us.

They forgot what was in my order again.
Today I went to this restaurant! There were like 12 employees! All of them were talking not working and it took like 5 minutes for them to realized I was there! Really bad service!
Fast, courteous, always check your bag... it's still a McDonald's. Otherwise the rest is fine 😁
