the hot chocolate tasted like boiling water and had a glue-like layer on the top. the wrap tasted like crap. i ordered a ranch grilled wrap and received a crunchy chicken wrap with crumbling pre-chredded cheese, two pieces of lettuce, a tiny piece of chicken and way too much of that disgusting ranch all jammed into a giant flatbread. it was falling apart before i picked it up and tasted so putrid i gagged after the first bite. the fries weren’t salty at all, unlike my mood, and tasted like straight up canola oil. id give this place -5 stars if i could.

It’s as if it’s so hard for them to do a simple job and just not forget the beef patties. They literally just gave me an empty sandwhich. And it was as if the fries were made last week. This McDonald’s is HORRIBLE!

Not only did they delete my extensive review on why I dislike this McDonalds location, but they also messed up my tea today and put coffee in it instead of water. Absolutely disgusting, they never really understand anything you're telling them and can't read orders from the app.

We went for Ice cream and ordered at the self ordering kiosk. We waited less than 2 minutes and got to a table for 2. It wasn't as clean as I would expect considering that there was a team of 10 employees on the floor.

After moving to the area in summer of 2023, I have been a customer since (love their coffees). But it seems that for the last couple of months, the quality of service has gone down significantly. Very rare they get my order right, and the final straw was when they made me wait to the side for a latte. I left after 15min. I’ll take the time to go to the one on 25em avenue. I’ve never been disappointed with their service or coffee :)

They are slow and routinely forget, mess up or at this point purposely omit parts of your order.
If you can, avoid. If not, double check your order and don’t go there during busy times.
I ask for plain hamburgers well no, I go back and say no cheese just bread and meatballs well tbrnk he had cheese in it 🙈

Today is February 5th this morning I stopped to go buy myself a muffin for dinner. Was my surprise, when I arrived to eat it, the cap came off on its own, it was so hard, it's the first time I've eaten a muffin like that. It really wasn't edible. I don't have the effect of the $2.50, it's that I didn't have anything else for dinner so I didn't eat dinner at all. Thanks McDonald
