Très déçu du service. La demoiselle au comptoir (qui me semblait être la gérante) parlait seulement en anglais. Elle ne comprenait pas ma commande en français. Ayant un gros line up, elle est allé parler au telephone en arrière et a même eu une plainte d’une autre cliente qui lui avait demandé de l’aide et qui attendait depuis très longtemps. Ce sont les 2 autres employés qui faisaient tout. Très peu impressionnant comme service.

On me donne des puffs pas chaud qui ont traîner sur comptoir. J’ai demander de les changer et ils m’ont dit non ça fait 5 minutes qu’ils ont été fait . C’est normale qu’ils soient pas chaud.
