The food is excellent, they change the menu regularly to keep things interesting. The prices are decent and the service is quite friendly. They have a nice terrasse in the summer time. The ambiance is great too. There's a bar side and a restaurant side. Noise level can get quite loud when the place is full so not the best place for a quiet dinner.Overall it's one of my favorite restaurants in St-Eustache.

Service can be long sometimes at Noire et blanche, but the beer and the food are worth the wait. It's a really popular place, so it's better to have a reservation during the weekend. There is always a few veg-options that can vary from season to season. The Gaia burger is really good and fullfilling. They have a nice patio located in the back of the restaurant just beside the river, so during summertime, it's a really nice place to go to.
