Ordered a family feast delivery and they gave it apparently to 2 delivery without checking and blame the customer for the delivery and say if i give you your order it's as if i gave you 30 pieces instaid of ten when i didn't receive anything whatsoever from them ... the staff are there as decoration not to actually serve their customers that pay for their food and otherwise said pay for the business to run... also keep in mind to get to that conclusion it took them over an hour to realize that they gave the order twice to a random person...

Store signs indicates opening of 10:30, Google says 10AM. It actually opened at 11AM. Very disappointed.
Don’t get me wrong, I usually love KFC, but if you have chicken aversion maybe don’t go here!
The workers were super empathetic on why I wanted a refund, he ended up giving us a full refund and trashing the burger for us, they offered other food and the refund but I’ve already fully lost my appetite
But besides the fact that they had their own music on the speakers which was inappropriate songs, you could HARDLY hear the workers when they asked questions, the chicken was RAW, the buns were even cold but we thought that was because our 20 minute trip home..
