Pizza Hut St-Eustache

I have placed an order at 7:00pm saying that it will be delivered by 7:34pm. When I tracked my order it showed as delivered. There was a cal and I answered, the delivery driver said that he cannot find the address I told him the intersection with postal code he said he cannot deliver since the delivery was cancelled. I told him that it was showing as delivered. I called the store and asked why my order was cancelled. They were not giving me an answer and said that order needs to be replaced. I said ok but can you add pineapples it was a simple request since I forgot to add it in the order, but the person on the phone was rude and said NO. They should have atleast compensate me for that add on since the order was not delivered in first place. I said ok and waited for the order and again they were saying the address is not there. I told them that I have received a confirmation with my delivery address and the person is saying that its not his fault and that it was mine. Very rude service and not ordering from there anymore. Not professional

I bought a Pizza Hut gift card at Walmart for the holiday season, only to be told at the Pizza Hut in Saint‑Eustache that they “just changed their machines” and gift cards no longer work. That’s not my problem — a gift card is supposed to be the same as money. Instead of helping or offering any solution, the staff acted like they didn’t care at all. I walked out with a useless card and no support. This feels like a complete scam, and I’m extremely disappointed. If you sell gift cards, you should honour them. Simple as that.

Horrible delivery experience!
Placed an order ~6PM with an estimated 25min delivery time. 1h later, nothing. Get at the door to check outside, 130$ order left outside, no knock, no ring, nothing. Called and I was told 'it was delivered with a delivery service' because their driver wasn't available. So 'they are not responsable'. Left a message on Pizza Hut website, never got a response or feedback. NEVER AGAIN!

Placed and order, waited over 1h30 for them to call me and tell me they had to cancel because no driver was available. They could not even process the refund had to wait 10 days since now we need to prepay for the order on the website.

Such a worst staff . Especially the night guy “Dominique” he doesn’t know how to make pizza in first hand and doesn’t know how to handle customer. I ordered veg pizza and the guy took pepperoni pizza from freezer and removing pepperoni and spreading veggies and throwing it in oven. I clearly told him that it’s not the way you should do and some people are allergic to pepperoni and the guy says he does same for everyone and he was in this industry for very long. Guys if you’re vegetarian and love vegetable lover pizza never go to this location they spoil your trust. More over the guy wrote on box that never come back again. Just for telling him to do it in the right way. Real manager should take action on this guy. Not fit to work in food industry and because of this kind of people these days everyone feeling sick for not following protocols in restaurant.

First time stopped to make an order and the employee was courteous and polite enough to point out if I order online, and was pretty big order that i will get great deals and save money.. Thanks Maxime your a gentleman and I will definitely be passing by again!!!

Each time we order, there is at least one error in the order, often several.
