Poke Monster (Saint-Eustache)

I called to ask what time they close the guy was so rude and said to go look on google maps he could’ve just said the time. I think they need more client training!!

Aucun service à la clientèle ! La commande reçue n’était pas la bonne. Aucun remboursement ni aucun arrangement même après 20 minutes de route ! Franchement très désagréable !

Le pire poké que j’ai mangé. Je cherchais les ingredients autre que le riz et la salade 🙃 Je ne recommande vraiment pas cette endroit malheureusement.

The experience was truly disappointing. I ordered 2 bowls of shrimp, 1 tuna and 1 salmon. They put literally SIX shrimp in it , not the big ones, the little ones!!! When I called to ask if it was a mistake they said it was not their fault but that the franchise decides how many pieces of shrimp they put! For the price that a bowl costs, it’s pretty expensive for only rice, lettuce and 6 pieces of shrimp.
The staff was nice and reimbursed my husband.

The portions are unacceptable or even insulting at this price. There is almost no rice in the bottom and they fill it with a lot of salad and other ingredients to bulk it up... Yesterday I decided to order two poké to take away, when I got home I I was speechless, it's been a long time since I felt 'robbed'. We pay more and more and the quantity is reduced visibly, it's ridiculous.

I've tried to order on UberEats they've canceled my order TWICE, I've called and they didn't answer. I called the delivery person and he said the store was closed why keep the uber open or even the opening hours if it's not accurate?

I have ordered twice from Poke Monster, the first time it was excellent and very good service. The employee was alone at 11 p.m. and managed the line of people well. Delicious chicken. The second time I Uber ordered a salmon poke and it was almost just lettuce (2nd photo, after I tossed it). A little disappointed. But the egg rolls were nice and crispy, so I'm half-forgiving.

I'm very picky with poke, because I've been to Hawaii and few places in MTL make good poke that satisfies my taste. I was surprised, good taste, good portion and always fresh. I have been 3x to date and always consistent with the taste/portion.

We got food poisoning that lead to hospitalization and I’ve been calling them for over a week trying to get at least some responsability taken and get reimbursed but each time they come up with a different story and we’ve basically been done they don’t care. That day the manager will be there, call then, I do and no one’s here, same thing for over a week. I have to contact customer protection services.

I ordered twice from Uber Eats the food is excellent so I would have given 5 stars but I give 4 stars because you are announcing a promotion of two free imperial rolls with the purchase of $30 and the two times I ordered order I didn't get them
