We are a group who went to your restaurant for dinner after a funeral and we had good service with Debby who served us, she is very nice and the food was excellent.

We have the excellent service of Emma as waitress and she had an excellent honest smile I really suggest the restaurant since the pandemic I have been to some restaurants and it is by far the best service received

To begin with the service was perfect the atmosphere too but for the kitchen I don't understand who knows what happens we went today tonight in fact December 14 and we ordered two thighs and seriously I don't understand but on my plate it had a chicken HEART A HEART but how can it be picked up and not see that it is there! I am waiting for your answers

firstly when i came in i told the hostess i had a reservation, she guided me to an empty table i then told her that my friends were already there & she told me no twice & continued to put the menus on the table when i clearly knew they were there because they told me so… i had to search for them by myself… then the waitress kept coming every two seconds to see if we were ready to order when we had just told her we weren’t in a rush and weren’t ready. she then decided it was time for her to take our order when 2 of us weren’t ready yet… then she came back asking us if she could make us pay (when we were still eating our main dish) because she wanted to go home. she brought the bills & we still wanted to order desserts so i asked her if i could order with an other waiter later & she said no, ripped our bills and took in our dessert order and said she would wait before bringing it to the table since we weren’t done eating but proceeded to bring it 2 min later, the table still full of plates and 1 of us still eating.
Our ice cream had plenty of time to melt before being ready to eat it and my coffee to get cold
she clearly just should’ve transferred the table to someone who could’ve actually serve us and not rush us just to make a little bit more money. terrible experience with isabelle

Nice and cozy restaurant. The staff is really nice and helpful. The salad bar seems fresh and regularly checked. We tried the ribs and chicken, very tasty and comforting.

Waitress (Eddie) responds stupidly when I ask where we can see the cocktails and asks us "yer or my tip" because they don't really pay well, as if it was our fault. Really ordinary service!
