They closed 30 minutes early tonight
I ordered my food for pickup on UberEats around noon. After 15 mins, it says on the app that the restaurant confirmed that it was ready for pickup. It took me more than 40 minutes to get my food. There were only 2 staff during lunch. They did the in-store orders first although my UberEats order was supposed to be ready. Please have more staff during peak hours.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I went there to pick up an order for Uber Eats and I ended up waiting for over 15 minutes while the staff completely ignored me. Even when I tried to ask about the order, they were rude and unprofessional. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially for delivery drivers who are just doing their job. I won’t forget this experience and I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their service.
The service was good, polite staff and helpful. The restaurant was clean and was well maintained. Had pita sandwiches. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre, tasteless, the veggies had lost it’d color and the food really lacked flavour. The meat was bland and the sandwich was lacking sauce.

Super small portion, barely any meat on it. I asked for beef, and I was charged beef and extra sauce. I paid 20 bucks for a small plate, and on top of that, not even what I ordered. Very disappointed. There was just another person there, so it was not like it was busy or something

I got the mixed plate and asked for hummus in addition to garlic sauce. He charged me extra but forgot to add the garlix sauce cuz he was waiting for the potatoes that were still in the fryer. Then I guess he forgot to put it. He also only gave me like 6 potatoes. Seems like they got stingy and making small portions.
