I ordered through uber for pickup, when i arrived the order was not ready and when i asked for my order status the server was very rude just because he thought i am uber delivery guy he told me that he will
report me so uber can block my account and i lose my job. i told him that sorry you are misunderstanding I have ordered for myself for pick up and even if i am a uber driver you should be respectful. the guy was very rude and disrespectful plus my order portion was small no meat inside. very disappointed with the service and the food quality.

They closed 30 minutes early tonight
I ordered my food for pickup on UberEats around noon. After 15 mins, it says on the app that the restaurant confirmed that it was ready for pickup. It took me more than 40 minutes to get my food. There were only 2 staff during lunch. They did the in-store orders first although my UberEats order was supposed to be ready. Please have more staff during peak hours.
