They lied, I ordered the black sugar tea and got no black sugar syrup, they told me they put it on the sides of the cup, yet I took photos and got proof they didn't, it tastes horrible. Worst bubble tea ever omg the black sugar is horrible it's not sweet at all, they put very little tapioca, it tastes like milk with ice ? go to carrefour laval, so many stores that actually know how to make bubble tea and are not cheap with the tapioca, they put a great handful of tapioca at the carrefour laval boba shops. Never again ? I am so sad, I take my bubble tea very seriously and was craving all week, now I'm crying ?

Costumer service was good, nonetheless the poke bowl was very bad. I was served pieces of roten avocado, the rice was cold and shaped in ovals for some reason, more than half of the bowl was also rotten lettuce disguised with sauce. Is the second time this occurs unfortunately.

I've ordered at a different location and It's always been terrible. I ordered at this location for the first time and when I received my order i could see a huge difference in how the food looked. It takes a bit too long to receive the order but its still worth it.

I ordered sushi and my girlfriend came to pick them up, I had asked for the sushi to be without cucumbers and had paid for a starter of the new takoyakis. I didn't receive any takoyakis and the sushi in my Ocean Twelve combo had cucumbers. I guess it was a combo already made in the fridge that they gave him. I order often, very disappointed with the bad service
