I bother to ask if they have spring rolls. The guy tells me yes. I take the trouble to make sure he doesn't talk to me about fried egg rolls. He tells me no. I also order an orange juice, with a tip it's not far from $8. He tells me it will take 4 minutes. After 6 minutes a lady hands me a fried roll. I started drinking the juice so I'm asking for a refund. She gives me $2, keeps the tip and refuses to simply refund everything and charge me for the juice separately. I understand that communication errors can occur, but this is theft. Too bad, I work from time to time in St-Eustache and I loved dining there.

Deux fois je suis allé, 2 fois de trop , plus jamais. Poulet pané je sais même pas si c est du poulet , c est juste de la friture très dur à mastiquer. Il devait être préparé depuis des heures et réchauffer pas mangeable.
Allez sur Arthur Sauve ou ailleurs mais pas celui là , le 2 fois j ai essayé c était pareil ….

We placed an order on October 10th for pick up through website. This Thai express was listed as open. When we arrived, the doors were locked and a note was posted on the door that the restaurant was closed for vacation. In the following days, we tried contacting the restaurant by phone and email for a refund, as we never received our order.We STILL have not heard back from the restaurant or corporate (other than a response that they were “looking into it”), but did receive a refund after disputing the charge through our credit card. The last response we received was on October 16th, almost a week after the initial order.

I ordered a Basil fried rice with extra chicken which I had to remind the cook to add and a Tom yum soup. There's no soup it's only noodles. Called the restaurant and explained the situation and they told me it's normal because I drove home ... No this is not normal.

Pour le repas, 4 étoiles sans hésiter. Deux très grosses lacunes avec cette branche persistent depuis plus de 3 ans: a) les toilettes défectueuses depuis 2020 et b) une sonnette est nécessaire afin de signaler notre présence en tant que client; il n'est pas rare d'attendre 5-10 minutes dans le vide, parce que le cuisiner est dans la cuisine.

Food was good. Quick service. Front door is hard to open, lol.

Order a pad sew and I received pad thai the lady at the counter finds it funny. I am not offered to replace it, I am disappointed.
