WORST TIM HORTONS IN THE ENTIRE MTL REGION,

We stopped to grab a quick breakfast on a day trip with the whole family. I spent over $60.00. Unfortunately, the muffins weren't toasted and were cold, while the egg tasted like it had been sitting for hours, rubbery and chewy. I contacted customer service and they assured me that someone from the store would call, but after speaking with customer service three times, I have yet to talk to anyone from the store. The franchise owner should be ashamed that this is how paying customers are treated. Tim Hortons needs to review this store and either find a new owner or close this store.

For some time now it has been taking a very, very long time to get served. They changed staff (who were super great before) for young people without much experience and only 2 to do the counter and auto service orders!!!! That doesn't make sense anymore...I'm going to another Tim

DON’T GO THERE ON THE WEEKEND
Young people are incapable of making a good icedcapp, it is always snow white (too much cream) or poorly brewed.
The full-time employees during the week are impeccable.
Box of 50 Timbits but only 40, I found that the box was empty so I decided to count them.. But 40 is quite an excess out of 50.. One or two I am able to understand but 10 less is not okay .. In addition no invoice given to the windows according to the law it is obligatory to give it or to offer it but neither of the two has been done. Fines are issued for this purpose.

32 minutes before being served at the counter. 2 employees who work only for the counter and the drive-thru service. That does not make any sense. They do the cash register and have to prepare the food as well. Lots of frustrated customers.

So I came to the convenience store to buy a few things then my friend at the tim I went to join her meaning to say a word then the employees started to insult me, denigrate me for not wanting to serve me because I am a former employee! to say that I said absolutely nothing from the start and that when he fired me from Tim Horton as an employee I did not disrespect anyone (since February I no longer work there)! Very bad service especially for the other customers around meaning forget that they are mean to other customers too!!!
The employees have a very big lack of respect towards the customers and refuse to serve a certain sense for no valid reason! very bad service!!!!
Je suis passé ce matin chercher des quartier de pomme de terre + limonade et Ice Cap. J'étais pas aller au Tim Hortons depuis plusieurs mois, les deux gars qui m'ont servis avait un service à la clientèle incroyable. Vraiment une bouffé de fraîcheur, et ça fait vraiment plaisir ! J'ai commencer ma journée plus heureuse, merci d'avoie fait la différence !
