I've been living next to this location for the past 5 years and they NEVER have what i'm looking for...
They don't serve soup , they rarely have more then 2 or 3 flavors of doughnuts, allways back ordered on everything you want to buy
Want a chicken wrap? No chicken left
Want a sesame bagel ? Only cinamon and raisin left
Want a turkey sandwich? No turkey left
Want a steak sandwich ? No bread left
The employees allways have a smile on their face , but nothing in their fridges
Took me 5 years to long to decide of this , but i'll never stop there again , don't waste your time people , they won't have in stock what you're looking for

Drive threw always moves fast and coffee is always good
It's in a gas station so they don't serve the entire menu. The wait is often long. Other than that, it's alright

Went to the drive through, had a great customer experience and they had their hot white chocolate drink, I've been through multiple Tim Hortons and none of them had it, really glad they did! Made my day. Sandwich was as delicious as usual, took the crispy chicken sandwich extra bacon

We stopped to grab a quick breakfast on a day trip with the whole family. I spent over $60.00. Unfortunately, the muffins weren't toasted and were cold, while the egg tasted like it had been sitting for hours, rubbery and chewy. I contacted customer service and they assured me that someone from the store would call, but after speaking with customer service three times, I have yet to talk to anyone from the store. The franchise owner should be ashamed that this is how paying customers are treated. Tim Hortons needs to review this store and either find a new owner or close this store.

For some time now it has been taking a very, very long time to get served. They changed staff (who were super great before) for young people without much experience and only 2 to do the counter and auto service orders!!!! That doesn't make sense anymore...I'm going to another Tim

DON’T GO THERE ON THE WEEKEND
Young people are incapable of making a good icedcapp, it is always snow white (too much cream) or poorly brewed.
The full-time employees during the week are impeccable.
Box of 50 Timbits but only 40, I found that the box was empty so I decided to count them.. But 40 is quite an excess out of 50.. One or two I am able to understand but 10 less is not okay .. In addition no invoice given to the windows according to the law it is obligatory to give it or to offer it but neither of the two has been done. Fines are issued for this purpose.

00000 rubbish, the employees are very strange
No manager on site, very slow, There is no smile on the customer's face.
I will never go back
The mistake of the manager: he knows how to manage and divide tasks
The bagel for example not toasted - without cheese and without butter
I know my comment will change nothing but the team 0000 especially the manager is not even there to manage 0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣
