Don’t come here. You will wait 30 freaking minutes to get your order. Workers do not give a damn and have to be constantly reminded to get the next item on the order; AND They got my friend’s order wrong, completely wrong even though she was clear about her order. -100/10

This is one of the worst Tims I've been to. The food is often the wrong order, and the drinks are inconsistent. Sometimes when you ask for a specific size, they get it right, but other times they don’t. I ordered a small cup of hot milk, and the guy charged me $5. One day, they charge you $2, the next day, it's $5—there's always a different price depending on who's working.
The service is incredibly slow. You wait and wait, only to get the wrong order. I've worked at a Tim's before, so I know how it should operate.
Please ensure that customers get fresh food, fresh coffee, and great service. You should consider improving the staff training and the freshness of your products.
Not open after 10 p.m. even when it says it's open 24 hours. The first two times they told me that an employee didn't show up and then he told me it's closed? Can I have some answers?

Hello I just went to your Tim Hortons at 8:50 am on October 15, 2024 We were greeted by bad service, I didn't know that now when ordering, you have to ask for everything: the ketchup, napkin and the mancho because they must be counted for the inventory according to the Madam who served us to receive our order and who reluctantly gave us service.
