Lately I’ve heard stories about the decline of Tim Hortons. On the night of Dec 8,2025 at 9:59pm, I went through the drive-through at this store. The store closes at 11 PM. Once I got home, and started to eat the donuts, they were stale. The Boston cream doughnut was stiff and the custard had a bit of a strange taste. The chocolate glazed donuts were also stiff, and the chocolate glaze on top was hard like a piece of chocolate. I don’t understand how somebody could sell a product like that, without feeling shame. After this bad experience, I don’t know if I will ever be able to buy Tim Hortons donuts again!

remove espresso-based drinks like cappuccino or latte from your menu, since every day the staff says the machine isn’t working. It’s really frustrating
