The manager here is the rudest person I have ever met. One employee was helping another because she was new and asked for help and she told her extremely rudely to get out and go to her cash embarrassing the poor girl. Who trains these managers to speak with their employees like this. Not customer service and then people ask why kids dont want to work in these environment blaming it all on needy customers. No its ridiculous managers that think their employees are slaves.

Don’t come here. You will wait 30 freaking minutes to get your order. Workers do not give a damn and have to be constantly reminded to get the next item on the order; AND They got my friend’s order wrong, completely wrong even though she was clear about her order. -100/10

This is one of the worst Tims I've been to. The food is often the wrong order, and the drinks are inconsistent. Sometimes when you ask for a specific size, they get it right, but other times they don’t. I ordered a small cup of hot milk, and the guy charged me $5. One day, they charge you $2, the next day, it's $5—there's always a different price depending on who's working.
The service is incredibly slow. You wait and wait, only to get the wrong order. I've worked at a Tim's before, so I know how it should operate.
Please ensure that customers get fresh food, fresh coffee, and great service. You should consider improving the staff training and the freshness of your products.
