Me and my brother ordered black sesame they gave us regular twice 😭 but honestly the guy working the drive through was so polite and helpful it didn’t matter he spoke English and French fluently which is already a big plus from other timi’s

Been here twice. Worst service ever. Unable to complete an order without any mistakes. Have to explain all the steps on how to make a London Fog inculded with its composed of. And have to telll them were it is in the register so they could ring up my order. If you can avoid going there do so. Might as well buy your coffee at the dep next door

I'm putting one star because I can't not give one. I just got robbed.... Be careful. The cashier at the drive-thru charges me two small coffees while she takes a free one on my app. So I only have to pay for one...
When I check my application, I see this voluntary gesture and I go inside to chat with the manager who is stupid at grazing hay. Only to be told that the cashier thought it was a tip!!! Would I ever tip 100%??? With the stupid look she had too!!! No but, watch your business at this Tim Horton's....
Besides, no excuses, nothing... It's pretty hard...

Hello, I am surprised to read the reviews about Tim Hortons...Obviously the service is perhaps not as fast as in the past...but be careful, you have to see the number of staff that is reduced , and this everywhere in all areas...Let's see how we must be able to be more attentive to the difficulties encountered by employees who must give the best of themselves under today's working conditions. Dear Tim Hortons workers, I would like to highlight the remarkable work you are doing given the difficulties you encountered during your work buses. That's 3 times in a row that they NEVER have orange juice. But what irritated me this morning was the person at the drive-thru order! What did I do there to not deserve a: “Hello!”?!?, a “Thank you!!”. Yet the other one before me was laughing!! She said to him: “Have a nice weekend!” and I was as happy as in 1940!! She handed it to me to pay for my sandwich, I waited for my coffee, she gave it to me and I SAID NOTHING!!!

So if I'm nobody for them, I won't go anymore!! Damn this Tim Horton!!!!

When it says you open at 5:00 am it should be open!! I waited at the drive-thru it was 5:30 am and no employee arrived, a young man inside told me that he was doing the preparation. Very bad service. If you are not able to respect the opening hours at least change them!!!!

I arrived 10 minutes before closing for a coffee and the employees refused to serve me saying that they are closed... THEY leave at 6 p.m. (announced closing time) so they close at 5:45 p.m. As a customer, you have to guess I guess since the posters indicate otherwise.
