Waited 15 mins for 2 ice caps with almost no customers with 4 male teenagers apparently being paid to work I don’t these kids as if they’re being forced to work … conplaining about their boss while I patiently wait here with no one before or after me , terrible staff with the exception of Mr.

The worst worst Tim Hortons I have ever seen in my life ..the employees working there are so racist and mean they don’t have the way to speak and they don’t provide good service and nice treatment to you …Very bad experience really so shame of you guys .

The manager of the place wanted to kick me out without having finished my order... For what: I arrive to order two (2) Nutella donuts in a box of six (6) among other flavors... Conflict: the dream donuts have a different price, I repeat what I want, I have no problem paying more or having an additional bill for the Nutella donut. Manager's response: No I'm not giving you 2 Nutella donuts, get out of here.
What a lack of respect for customers We can't have what we want in your store even though we pay for it.
My ice cap tastes like water from a poorly washed rag and nutella fritters....well there's almost no nutella and dry I wasted my time and money.
