Le 21 juin dernier, je suis allé au vignoble pour un souper homard et vin à volonté avec des amis.
J'avais réservé et payé pour moi & ma conjointe.
Ma conjointe a dû se désister à la dernière minute afin de se rendre au chevet de sa mère à l'hôpital.
J'ai demandé au gérant de me faire rembourser et il a refusé. J'ai même offert d'acheter 100$ ou 200$ de vins du vignoble et il a encore refusé.
Quel manque d'empathie!!!
