Always well served, I tried the Grand M hamburger. Real beef, two meats, a good hamburger, but the price is a bit exaggerated at $12. I was expecting a pound of meat. Each of us taxpayers already pay for the export and import of these foods, so the prices should be revised.

Don't go there if you are in a hurry there was just a tank before us and it took them 20 minutes to give us our two tabarnak sandwiches

Terribly dirty! No clean tables inside and outside. No more liquor in the fountain so we are charged for most of the alternatives apart from water and iced tea, the one who fills our bag coughs on his forearm and reaches to the bottom of his hand to place the order there, we ask to clean the tables and no one comes and in addition the cashier shouts 'is there someone who will come and help me take the osti orders!'

Drive through had 4 cars in front of us when we got in line. We asked for 2 trios. 45 minutes later, we receive our order. They literally forced us and everyone else to park outside the drive-through to wait, and 40 minutes later, the manager came walking with the bag of food. I've never seen anything that bad. Im literally disputing the charge. It was friday 8pm

I waited so long to order at the car that I had to honk for him to let me pass. The other day I just ordered 1 ice cream coffee, I had to wait 10 minutes at the windows. She thought I was the customer from back who had placed another order just to tell you how lost it was.

The service and attitude at the reception is deplorable.... I found that the young staff brought a real good mood, but now there has been a change and we can feel the bad atmosphere. there seems to be austere management, without civility and great neglect of the principle of community.
