Disrespectful staff, it's the worst restaurant I've ordered from, crappy service. I ordered a pizza that was too expensive for what it was worth, plus I went to pick it up and it was very cold and only one side of the pizza was garnished. I called the manager and told me that I wouldn't be refunded. that I probably raced with my pizza......in the car no change was made to satisfy the customer now my black lister restaurant should close

The food is good but the service is the worst I've had in my life. The lady who serves does the cash register and the food has too much on her hands but she's not the type to delegate so if you want to spend 4 hours there for a poutine this is the place par excellence. But don't expect to have a filling or anything else, I advise you to order everything as soon as she comes to see you for the first time.

I started at 5:08 p.m. and received my delivery at 7:03 p.m.
Two hours to receive two medium pizzas which were cold and two fries which were collected in the trash since the fries were cold and wet.. so $65 plus tax
To have heard 2 hours for a delivery…. It's not acceptable.

I even called the restaurant, to explain to them that two hours is unacceptable and the lady on the phone replied you want me to face what and hung up the line on me.

Luckily the lady who delivered was friendly because seriously

Good service and food is good.

Depuis 15 ans que nous passons nos été dans la région. On ne manque jamais de faire un détour pour manger notre Pizza favorite, pour moi c'est le Gyros... les enfants , une all dress. Si la chance est de notre côté, nous sommes accueillis par la charmante propriétaire. Nous adorons !! Service rapide et toujours courtois. Merci xxx

Pizza was very expensive and was not sliced and it's crust was uncooked.
This place should be closed.
Delivery guy should not be driving as he took 2 hours to get to us. He needs better GPS.

Despite the premium price, the pizza fell short in every aspect. The crust was strangely bland and lacked the promised crispness, resembling more of a cardboard texture than a satisfying bite. The toppings, which included supposedly gourmet ingredients like imported cheeses and organic vegetables, were surprisingly flavorless and sparse. The overall taste was underwhelming and didn't live up to the expectations set by the menu descriptions and the price point.
