It's closed !!! No information anywhere on the Jack Saloon franchise website or on their Facebook page.
It takes two seconds to modify the information and announce the closure.

I have visited Jack’s Saloon several times in the past month. I live in Maine, and grew up on the Southern United States, so Jack’s Saloon has been wonderful for me to get a “taste of home”. They really know how to make good food.Now, as far as losing two stars on the food…. This is only my personal opinion. I am a bit disappointed at the new menu. While the food is of exceptional quality overall, I believe it has put a lot of stress on the kitchen staff and it made it to where the order took much longer to prep. Also, I know it may seem cool to be unique and stand out, but serving the orders on cutting boards, rather than the baskets they had before, causes an inconvenient eating experience. Not to mention the added weight and loss of stability for the servers having to carry the orders around. The cutting boards are also not cost-effective and can never be washed properly. So, I’m not a fan of the cutting boards being used in the presentation.The prices have also increased. This isn’t a surprise, given the current economy. Other than that, the food itself was delicious.The staff was incredibly kind and apologetic for the wait times. The service at this restaurant is always exceptional.The atmosphere is always great. The restaurant is clean and has a wonderful ambiance.

Quality of food below the standard I expect and the price for the Nachos plate versus its volume should be reviewed.

Despite the power outage, the staff made us feel very welcome and very friendly. Once the power came back on, they were even able to prepare several appetizers for us despite the fact that there was no longer a cook on site, for a group of 13 people. Well done to the girls who were working on March 28 during the outage! You managed to make our activity great despite the circumstances. Well done to the team!

Go eat at the Microbrewery next door, much better! At the Jack Saloon, don't be fooled by the prices on the menu on their website, it's more expensive in the dining room!

I went yesterday for the first time with my partner around 3 p.m. We were the only customers in the restaurant apart from the waitress and the cook who were sitting at a table looking at their cell phones.My partner wanted a non-alcoholic beer, ordered no starter, wanted smoke meat, same thing, ordered no starter. Well, you decide to have a club sandwich. YES!!!!! y’en na. And me the blt burger. Our plates arrived and everything looked beautiful. Just the air!!?The fries were completely dehydrated and cold because they had been under the stove for how long???‍♀️ The bread from my partner's club was more than dry even the waitress noticed. No but don't forget we were the only customers, no rush, nothing!!!! So no reason to have such a pitiful meal. the mapaq should take a little tour

The live singer sings so loudly that you can't even hear yourself speaking, it literally ruins the mood.It seems like the waitresses can't do anything...The food is good, lucky you!

Nice place, the food was good but the chairs, tables and benches are in poor condition, we had chosen a bench at the beginning but after seeing that it was stained everywhere overall we preferred to take a table with

Almost half of the menu was unavailable on a Monday night. The waitress was able to serve us well to make it a correct experience.
