Some pogo esty who works there. We know that you hire everything that breathes and works, but is that a reason to lower the standards in terms of customer service? I order a plain, heated croissant, and have done so for the past year from my usual Tim. Here the girl gives it to me cold and hard, I remind her that it had to be heated. A answers me with great arrogance to take back my croissant. And give it back to me still cold. You have to be a genius now to know how to heat a croissant.
