The service here are very rude. First of all they make the wrong food to us. when we pointed out they appeared angry. they showed strong bias on us. And one of their cook rush out towards my pregnant wife and took a pic of my wife and my 3 years child treaten come out to fight us. I have no idea how Thai is training their employees，we wont choose this place anymore：（. we had to call a police to involve at the end. How could they service like this and still could run the business？

AVOID THIS STORE!! They are scam artists.I was on a road trip and stopped to eat, left angry without taking a bite of the food and my money wasted.Whoever in the top that is letting anyone open a chain and ruin peoples day and their chain reputation should take a good look at themselves because now due to my recently experience on the 11th of May It will be very tough for me to ever eat at a Thai express again.The workers didn’t seem to care that my order was ruined, and made no real attempt to fix it, it seems like it’s a reoccurring thing for them. It seems that as long as they get paid nothing else matters. I paid, tipped and left hungry with nothing in return. If I could give no 0 star, I would.

I ordered a fried rice with general Thai chicken and was given general Thai chicken over white rice. She offered to change it for me, but what I received was the same white rice dipped in sauce and sent back like soup. I sent it back and left. It's hard to pay $25 plus tip just to not even be able to eat the meal you wanted because the store doesn't care and wants to process orders in 30 seconds. Avoid this establishment for your mental health
