I had a bad experience with the manager today November 12, 2024 with the manager Tanya. Every day I order several coffees which I normally pay $3.80 for, but today she wanted to charge me $4.80 When I expressed my displeasure to her she told me to "go somewhere else" if I was not satisfied. That's exactly what I did: I went to the Tim Hortons in St-Hélène-de-Bagot, where they served me my coffee at the usual price. I find it a shame, because this kind of attitude towards customers is not at all professional. I won't go back there again...

Here is a pretty flying fox. She made a lot of people happy in the car. It rubs into my cleavage a little too much, it was wet, but overall it's sweet and oily and satisfying.
The service was courteous and welcoming, they are donut enthusiasts, that’s for sure!

Incredibly long service, only 2 customers in front of me, after 8 minutes of waiting the second one had not yet ordered, I went to another business.
It seems that tasks are poorly distributed among employees and that the person at the cash register has too many tasks to do, not productive

The service was terrible. The lady on the intercom had a bad attitude, and was yelling at us to hurry up and order, even though it took us about 2 minutes for two bills. Once we got to the window, she still had a bad attitude, sighed and made comments to us, telling us that 10 cars could have gone by while we were ordering. We had to go inside to get our order. Luckily the person at the counter was polite

The cashier answered with a bad attitude, she stirred my latte with the lid on, she asked me to change my language from French to English to understand us better, even so she repeated the same thing I had just told her in French and she attended to me lastly even after those who were going after me.
