I ordered on uber eats , they did not start preparing the order after 15 mins, I called , i was told they did not receive any order, then I got a notification that the order was cancelled. That’s pure bullshit. I am not gonna to that A&W again .

We go to this A&W drive-thru very frequently—more than 50% of the time, there’s at least one item missing from our order. Whether it’s forgotten or left out deliberately, it’s hard to tell, but in either case, the staff and management are responsible. How is it even possible for a business to make so many mistakes? Once you’ve left the drive-thru or arrived home, you’re not going to go back just for a missing fries or chicken strips.

Ordered an Uncle burger trio at the drive-thru. The service was 5/5, super friendly!! The trio was just perfect yummmmm Uncle burger just yum!!! In conclusion, perfect food, perfect service!!!

Food is always great, service is always impeccable. Sometimes a little rushed, but I always like to stop at that A&W when I have to stop somewhere for a quick bite in the vicinity.
