To be very honest, there have been times in the past when the service at this A&W was absolutely terrible. I am very pleased to say that this has changed entirely. I've noticed within the last 6 months or so, that the team is way better than any previous team I've experienced. They are very attentive to details of my order and I've had no mistakes during this period I speak of. Very professional as well. Great job to this current team for turning it all around. I'll be going more often to support this much improved local business, happily. I hope that the owner shows a little love to the building to support the progress.

Ordered on the app but food was good and the staff is friendly.
This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. First, I clearly told the staff not to include a specific ingredient because I have a dietary issue. They ignored my request, gave me the wrong burger, and when I asked for it to be fixed, they refused—no apology, no help. They just threw it in the trash like it was my problem.
To make things worse, the staff was rude, used inappropriate language, and I even felt like I was being bullied just for asking them to correct my order. No one should be treated like that for simply asking to have their food made properly.
The place itself is filthy—tables are always sticky and dirty, the garage area near the plants smells awful, and there are bugs everywhere. In one of our burgers, we even found a fly (🪰) INSIDE the patty. That’s not just gross—it’s a serious health hazard.
If you care about hygiene, respect, or basic customer service, avoid this location completely. This place needs new management, health inspection, and training on how to treat people with respect.

I bit into my sandwhich and but something hard. I found a plastic bread bag tag in my chicken sandwich. I didn’t even go back to show them because my daughter didn’t want me to draw attention. So we just left. So gross. Also, the restaurant was tidy but it smelled bad. The guy cashier was nice, that is the only reason I’m giving 1 star.

Food is what is to be expected from A&W. It's far better quality than McDonald's. This also comes at a price, that I'm Glad to pay. This A&W tho should be reserved for takeout tho, as It is the grimiest dinghy location I've yet to visit. Once or twice I've opted to eat in my work truck as opposed to sitting inside. Poorly lit and feels dirty. Makes me ask questions about the kitchen cleanliness as well ?

I got burgers and other items from here for 5 people. We all got food poisoning. The entire place should be shut down and I regret not asking for a reimbursement when I saw where they put their hands and how the food was handled. This place needs to be inspected as I’m more than ? certain they will not be standard requirements to even be functioning, I don’t even care about the old decor it’s about the level of cleanliness in the area the food is made that had me concerned about the quality of food. It’s not the employees fault the chain should implement basic rules and do trainings.
