Great service and although they were have some technical difficulties with drains, I appreciated the upfront information about what to expect. I know its not always like this because I have been here a few times in the past. This time, I was with my uncle and cousin to have them experience this place.
I learnt last time, I came here, there is a difference between here [Benny&Co] and the place we used to purchase from Benny Rotisserie. The food is absolutely delicious here. I'm not in their district so they won't delivery but the food is mouthwatering delicious that its worth going to either sit and eat, order and pick up or use their drive thru.
Side note: if you eat-in and order something with coleslaw and/or gravy sauce, you have unlimited refills. I love thier gravy so I took then up on that opportunity 😋

I ordered a takeout meal and was pleasantly surprised by the employee at the restaurant counter. He was very polite, professional and even funny! He even came to bring me my order outside the restaurant, because the order was not ready (I arrived a little early). In short, the service was impeccable, fast and the food was very good. Bad service I order a thigh and Thai poutine from the drive-thru, I eat my thigh and the next evening in the evening I arrive to eat my Thai poutine I realize that I am missing some ingredients I only have the chicken sauce and fries with cheese and I don't have Thai sauce and peppers ect, I call and they only give me $5 off incompetent.
