I love Boustan. They have affordable prices and large portions, their food is always delicious, and the service is always friendly. Even though they were packed when I went, they had me served in less than 10 minutes.

From far the best boustan i’ve ever went to! Very generous with the portions and the food just tastes great! The cost is clearly affordable and less expensive than any other shawarma spot like amir(you shall never go to that restaurant trust me). Would recommend this boustan to anyone that wants to taste good Mediterranean food.

Super disappointed with Boustan . I used to order here on a weekly basis for years. They introduced stan bowls with everything mixed together and raised their prices. I don’t care for the bowls but still ordered as I love the food even with significant price hike. Just saw today they raised their prices yet AGAIN. Portions aren’t any bigger. Now they’re just laughing at us. Unfortunately will be shopping around for a cheaper place.

Very disappointed with the service, the young lady filled my plate half empty when I asked her to fill it completely, she didn't want to. Worst service. I love boustan but I don’t recommend boustan on cousineau. The others on the south shore give much better service. Being forgetting to tell the grains of rice for a $20 portion is not going well

They are duping customers by using half bread for their saj sandwiches. Every single boustan else where use the whole sandwich and these folks use just the half one bread.

In my opinion, it's just the best boustan on the south shore. Great service all the time, employees attentive to special requests and above all exceptional efficiency. And we're not going to lie, it's good enough to take a nap ???!!

I used to order from this boustan and it was always fresh. Unfortunately the service has changed enormously since they opened. We received really not fresh food…. I advise against.I took the time to call the restaurant once, after 20 minutes of waiting, the manager answered us and we explained the situation to her in a calm manner and that we also mentioned to her that errors can happen but when it is When it comes to the freshness of the food, there may be consequences for the health of customers. The manager has no professionalism and did not know how to have a conversation worthy of real customer service. She lost control of the situation and didn't really know what to say when the situation was explained to her. She said “ah I don’t know” “I wasn’t there” “ask for a refund on Uber” “I’ll give you a discount for next time” “sorry I don’t know what else to tell you”.We remained polite with her and asked her to please redo the order and we gave her back the 4 plates that were not touched. She started screaming and hung up on us. It was completely absurd, a conversation straight out of a zoo.We called back a second time to speak to the owner. She told us that we were harassing them and that she was going to block our number, we only called back once after she hung up on us. We called to make a complaint and we received the most disrespectful treatment. So I can't imagine how he treats the food they cook if they aren't able to treat their customers with respect.
