I went to have some ice cream with my husband and 2 kids yesterday and was served by a very unfriendly staff member with a lot of attitude. An ice-cream parlor should be a happy place for family outings. Not a bratty teenager who hates people and hates her job. Kailane, should not be in the service industry and I am discouraged to go back to this location. Terrible service!

Their ice creams are really bad, in the sense that they are neglected! I tended to go here to get good ice cream that was worth the price, now the employees are reducing the size of the cream and what's more it's all crooked! This is ridiculous! I tried to give it a few last chances, telling myself that maybe it's the employees or the fact that they're going to close soon, but no matter the time, the size remains very disappointing. A little smile for customers won't kill them. I feel like people are making fun of me when I come there, go to the one in Boucherville! There, their sizes are worth their price and the welcome is warm.

It's definitely one of the best ice cream parlors in Longueuil. We go there often and are never disappointed with the service and the quality of their ice cream. The decor is welcoming and the prices are reasonable for an ice cream parlor.

Moreover, there is always a new flavor that is released so you can't really get bored of this place. 5/5 would recommend.

This is the best Favoris Chocolate, it's been 4 years since I adopted their coated sorbet, because I have to eat lactose-free and gluten-free, so goodbye to cones. Here the portion is good for the price, I pay almost $10, this once or twice a week for all this time. I tested the majority of other branches between St-Sauveur and Lévis. And I must say that these are the only ones or almost the ones who respect the portion purchased, the others are often too skimpy with the portion which is nevertheless represented in store, it is quite expensive and frustrating. But hey, I'm going to continue going to St-hubert because it's very pleasant to go there.
