Sunday evening 5pm and only 1 girl (not her fault) working doing everything alone. Owners/managers need to manage their employee count better, waiting over 30 mins to receive food in a fast food spot is unacceptable. Food is great and we love to come here but this is not the first time this happens!

Always had good experiences here.

The kogos are good (my boyfriend loves them), but the croffles are my favorites.

Tables aren't always the cleanest even though it's always empty inside, but watcha gonna do! At least the food is ok.

First time trying these. Got the double cheese one. The chesse was barely melted and cold, as I took a bite in that cold block of cheese, I knew something was off. I don't know if that's how it's supposed to be, but I know I won't be going back.

I usually enjoy their corndogs and often grab some during the week in other locations . However, this time, I was served a hotdog with the plastic wrap still on it. In my opinion, this is really dangerous—especially for kids who might not notice and continue eating it. Not to mention the potential toxins released during preparation. Although they remade my corndog, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes because of other people orders.They really need to make sure of quality control.Not the best experience

The food here compared to another branch.
The sauces are more watery which makes the Kogo softer when you put them on.

The staff is really friendly and good, the flavours are so good as well, if you ask for sauces that go with each pogo you won't be disappointed at all. I wished that the pasta portion was a bit bigger for that price.

Following a DoorDash order I found myself with plastic in my Kogo and the sausage was non-existent. Extremely dangerous and I am disappointed.
