I went to this restaurant for lunch this weekend. It was the first time and I liked it, my girlfriend did too.
A lunch with potatoes that aren't fried in the fryer is a big plus for me. I noticed that the bacon was fresh cooked on the griddle rather than bacon cooked in the oven and then reheated. In the field, it's called cooked to order and that's the best in kitchen service.
It requires more work for the chef but it tastes...
