My 9-year-old son loves having grown-up responsibilities so I waited for him outside while he went to pick up our online order and he had the mission of asking for plates and utensils. He did it like a champ and the employee even helped him bring everything by putting everything in a bag for him. It’s like our Salvatore family! I will never order anywhere else again...unless they don't have Salvatore where I am.

On January 27, I used my loyalty points when ordering online to get the $14 discount, and once in store, they made me pay the full price, with no discount.
I sent several emails to explain the situation to Sara at customer service and she told me there was nothing she could do. I just asked to get my 6 loyalty points back. I explained everything, invoice number, payment time, the fact that I even bought a Brisk in store. Nothing to do. Last time I order from Salvatore.

I ordered and my order arrived 2 hours later, cold and my pizza seemed a day old if not more. Customer service offered me a $10 discount which is not even enough to cover the price of a pizza. Service and food are poor, save your money and either buy elsewhere or frozen.
My order took more than 2 hours to get to me. Once i had it, it looked and tasted like a day old pizza left on a counter. After my complaint this restaurant gave me a $10 reduced price on my next order. Not even a refund and not even enough for the price I had paid. Save yourself the trouble and buy a frozen pizza or order at some order place.
Well I tried to settle with the said company which clearly has no good will to resolve their errors: Saturday we place a group order for poutines 7 in total order Pizza Salvatoré in front of the Charles Lemoyne hospital, when the delivery man arrives he has 7 separate invoices and asks me to pay just 1 total amount which was already calculated by him because otherwise too complicated according to him, so I pay the total amount, subsequently I realize that they charged $3.99 in fees delivery on the 7 invoices which went to the same place same departments and invoices paid together!!!!!! It seems that this is not the first time that they have put delivery costs on each item in the same order!!!!!! I tried to pay by sending messages I sent the proofs with the invoices but each time they ask me for more proof!!!!!!!! THIEF!!! WITH YOUR COSTS Last time we will order from this location From HCLM employees 🤬🤬🤬
