the brand seem great, but it lack consistency, one day you order and everything is perfect, some other days just like my last order it took 2 hours to get my delivery, the food was soggy, wet, and obviously the delivery did a run of too many addresses at once keeping the food in a delivery heat bag, making the fries soggy, the pizza wet and stale, I regret making my cheat day choice of meal Salvatore, next time I'll drive and pick it up myself or doordash it.

NOT HONEST ! I was charged twice and never received a credit for the second charge. I sent them copies of my credit card statement and Pizza Salvatore DENIED the charges! I sent 3 emails to which they responded by asking for transactional information that I had already provided. They stated that they never charged me. In the end I was required to cancel the transaction with my bank. Very disappointing. Pizza Salvatore, you should be ashamed!

Expérience client exceptionnelle, toujours bien accueilli lorsque je récupère mes commandes. Belle ambiance, et les pizzas que je commande sont excellentes et bien cuite. J'ai également réussi mes parents à donner une nouvelle chance aux pizza de cette chaîne. Pour ma part, Salvatoré est devenu ma destination de choix lorsque ma famille et moi voulons de la pizza.

My 9-year-old son loves having grown-up responsibilities so I waited for him outside while he went to pick up our online order and he had the mission of asking for plates and utensils. He did it like a champ and the employee even helped him bring everything by putting everything in a bag for him. It’s like our Salvatore family! I will never order anywhere else again...unless they don't have Salvatore where I am.
Courteous service, very fast. I recommend to everyone.

On January 27, I used my loyalty points when ordering online to get the $14 discount, and once in store, they made me pay the full price, with no discount.
I sent several emails to explain the situation to Sara at customer service and she told me there was nothing she could do. I just asked to get my 6 loyalty points back. I explained everything, invoice number, payment time, the fact that I even bought a Brisk in store. Nothing to do. Last time I order from Salvatore.

I ordered and my order arrived 2 hours later, cold and my pizza seemed a day old if not more. Customer service offered me a $10 discount which is not even enough to cover the price of a pizza. Service and food are poor, save your money and either buy elsewhere or frozen.
My order took more than 2 hours to get to me. Once i had it, it looked and tasted like a day old pizza left on a counter. After my complaint this restaurant gave me a $10 reduced price on my next order. Not even a refund and not even enough for the price I had paid. Save yourself the trouble and buy a frozen pizza or order at some order place.
